Job Requirements
- Minimum two years chef, sous chef, or direct kitchen management experience required
- One year supervisory experience of five or more employees in a food service environment preferred
- Minimum three years customer service experience required
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and produce quality work within deadlines
- Demonstrates a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and problem-solving ability
- Proven ability to positively affect sales generation and manage expenses
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP, Department of Health guidelines
- Inventory and portion control experience
- Experience with gross profit and labor percentages

Job Duties
- Assist the Prepared Foods Team Leader and Assistant Team Leader with product display development to create an engaging marketplace
- Ensure proficiency in production tasks, achieving all food preparation guidelines including recipe program compliance
- Maintain prepared food consistency, quality, freshness, and portion control
- Guarantee products are properly labeled
- Manage effective ordering of product needed for Prepared Foods production while maintaining inventory levels for sales growth
- Demonstrate effective inventory control to minimize unnecessary costs
- Participate in order quantity determination and cost of goods establishment, interacting with vendors as needed
- Maintain and manage stocking standards ensuring high product quality including rotation and cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with leadership to determine daily production projects and activities for employees ensuring timely completion
- Lead and actively participate in product promotions and focuses
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation requirements, demonstrating and sharing knowledge of HACCP and health provisions
- Train team members, providing performance feedback, coaching, and counseling
- Perform physical inventory quarterly or as needed
