Job Requirements

  • Maintain ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willing to undergo a background check according to local law and regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
  • Previous experience in restaurant kitchen management or leadership role
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Proficiency in inventory and food cost management

Job Duties

  • Assist and work with the General Manager and other management team members
  • Embrace and project the WingHouse philosophy to employees and customers
  • Ensure standard operating and sanitation procedures are followed in the back of house
  • Train staff on all kitchen stations and positions
  • Supervise shifts effectively
  • Manage inventory and control food costs
  • Execute proper food orders and maintain par levels
  • Meet back of house labor goals
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is functional
  • Maintain employee motivation and satisfaction
