Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • Current ServSafe certification
  • Experience in high-volume entertainment or hospitality venues
  • Ability to lead and manage a kitchen team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, physical environment
  • Willingness to assist with cooking and event preparations

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • Bachelor's or culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues required
  • Experience preparing banquet-style events
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company's mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, and operating cash flow related to food operations
  • Review monthly profit & loss statements and adjust as necessary
  • Work with Operations and Sales teams to plan, supervise, and execute all food and beverage events and parties
  • Assist with cooking when needed
  • Estimate food consumption and make purchases accordingly
  • Schedule staff efficiently to meet business volume shifts
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation, and proper food storage
  • Facilitate kitchen equipment maintenance, conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local Department of Health regulations
