Job Requirements
- minimum of one year experience in casual restaurant industry
- high school diploma preferred
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
- formal culinary training preferred
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment
