Job Requirements

  • minimum of one year experience in casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • lead back-of-house operations to ensure food quality
  • support kitchen staff and maintain team morale
  • enforce safety and sanitation standards
  • manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • coordinate with front-of-house management for seamless service
  • train and mentor kitchen employees
  • monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold company standards
