Job Requirements

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • responsible alcohol service knowledge
  • safety and security systems awareness

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house (hoh)
  • manage and direct all hoh team members
  • ensure adherence to labor laws, health codes, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • maintain safety and security procedures within the kitchen
  • monitor food quality and timely preparation
  • support responsible alcohol service and compliance
