  • three plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong business acumen
  • ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties

  • Hiring, training, developing, and retaining a back-of-house team
  • creating a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary kitchen environment
  • managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
  • implementing and practicing safe food handling procedures
  • collaborating with the management team to drive financial results and optimize profitability
  • leading and motivating kitchen staff to provide exceptional guest experiences
  • managing large-volume days effectively
