Job Requirements
- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House operations
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- Manage food preparation and kitchen sanitation standards
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
- Coordinate training and development for kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory and maintain quality control standards
