Job Requirements
- Five years of cooking experience with management role or culinary degree
- High school diploma preferred
- Basic computer knowledge/skills
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Experience in catering, banquets and restaurant or hotel dining operations

Job Duties
- Train and supervise culinary dining team members
- Direct food preparation and production activities
- Implement and maintain quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage kitchen operations including catering and banquet services
- Communicate effectively with staff and management
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
