Job Requirements

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
  • passion for training and developing the team

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations as kitchen manager
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • manage food preparation ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards
  • enforce labor laws, health codes, and responsible alcohol service policies
  • develop and train team members to enhance skills and performance
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures within the kitchen
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure excellent guest experiences
