- preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- understanding of responsible alcohol service
- knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures

Job Duties
- oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations as kitchen manager
- provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
- manage food preparation ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards
- enforce labor laws, health codes, and responsible alcohol service policies
- develop and train team members to enhance skills and performance
- maintain safety and security systems and procedures within the kitchen
- collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure excellent guest experiences
