Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to pass drug screening excluding THC
- Ability to pass physical and TB test
- Ability to pass child abuse central registry search
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years supervisory experience
- At least four years field experience
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College preferred
- At least two years of experience supervising five or more employees
- At least four years of experience in the field
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to interview potential employees if required
Job Duties
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food service
- Supervise staff in ancillary services including food, laundry, janitorial, and maintenance
- Develop and implement innovative programs for youth engagement
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with program directors and department managers
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring processes
- Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies
