- bilingual proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- manage food cost strategies
- oversee lunch and dinner service preparation
- organize kitchen and storage coolers
- conduct end-of-service breakdown and cleaning
- supervise line cooks and culinary students
- ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
- implement sanitation and safety protocols
- assess inventory and equipment needs
- coordinate daily production duties
- conduct line checks during services
- maintain kitchen logbooks
- update recipe books with allergy information
- communicate with Front-of-House management regarding specials
- identify and address employee disciplinary issues
- collaborate on menu development and banquet operations
