Job Requirements
- high school diploma preferred
- minimum of one year experience in a casual restaurant industry
- proficiency in POS systems
- current alcohol and food certifications as required by state law
- formal culinary training preferred
- ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
- availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
- ability to handle physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- lead back-of-house kitchen operations to ensure food quality and safety
- maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization according to health standards
- support and manage kitchen staff while promoting teamwork
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- implement and maintain food safety and alcohol service certifications
- drive efficiency and reduce waste in food preparation
- ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
