Job Requirements

  • high school diploma preferred
  • minimum of one year experience in a casual restaurant industry
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications as required by state law
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • ability to handle physical demands of a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead back-of-house kitchen operations to ensure food quality and safety
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization according to health standards
  • support and manage kitchen staff while promoting teamwork
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • implement and maintain food safety and alcohol service certifications
  • drive efficiency and reduce waste in food preparation
  • ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
