Job Requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Proven ability to mentor and develop teams

- Degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not essential)

Job Duties
- Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Leading and inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability
- Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold exceptional service standards
- Collaborating with the General Manager to develop growth strategies and operational improvements
- Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a top-performing team
