Job Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop teams
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Goal-oriented with ability to meet performance metrics
  • Degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not essential)

  • Expertise in kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished approach to customer service and conflict resolution
  • Degree or certification in hospitality management (preferred but not essential)

Job Duties

  • Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Leading and inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Enforcing company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Managing inventory, controlling food and labor costs, and driving profitability
  • Addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to uphold exceptional service standards
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to develop growth strategies and operational improvements
  • Recruiting, training, and scheduling staff to build and maintain a top-performing team
