Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years as a kitchen manager or similar position
  • High school graduate
  • Basic point of sale and computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Effective time-management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Experience in restaurant shift management
  • Knife skills
  • Ability to coach, develop and mentor team members
  • Passionate drive for results
  • Honesty and integrity
  • ServSafe food handler license preferred

  • Oversee inventory and kitchen supplies
