Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years as a kitchen manager or similar position
- High school graduate
- Basic point of sale and computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Effective time-management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Experience in restaurant shift management
- Knife skills
- Ability to coach, develop and mentor team members
- Passionate drive for results
- Honesty and integrity
- ServSafe food handler license preferred
