Job Requirements

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
  • Experience with responsible alcohol service, safety, and security systems
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House kitchen area
  • Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Manage kitchen operations to maintain food quality and presentation
  • Train and develop team members to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with Front-of-House management to ensure smooth service flow
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain kitchen efficiency
