Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation
- Experience with responsible alcohol service, safety, and security systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of the Heart-of-House kitchen area
- Provide direction and supervision for all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain food quality and presentation
- Train and develop team members to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Front-of-House management to ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain kitchen efficiency
