Job Requirements

  • Minimum one years experience in casual restaurant industry
  • high school diploma preferred
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • current alcohol and food certifications required
  • formal culinary training preferred
  • ability to verbally communicate in Spanish
  • availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
  • knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution
  • exceptional communication skills
  • able to withstand physical demands of restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen staff and manage daily back-of-house operations

  • manage inventory and supply ordering
  • facilitate efficient kitchen workflow and timely food preparation
  • communicate effectively with crew and front-of-house staff
