Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar kitchen role
- Valid health and sanitation certification, ServeSafe (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with ability to follow and provide instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases
- Capability to climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, twist, bend, and fold/unfold as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
- Attendance requirements per weekly schedule including weekends and/or holidays
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment and tools weighing between 1-50 lbs

Job Duties
- Oversee proper preparation, excellence of product, profit, and labor cost
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of daily specials, salads, entrées, based on Invited's quality standards and portion size guidelines
- Organize and oversee activities related to à la carte service, employee meals, and private dining rooms
- Expedite meal periods ensuring quality, portioning, and presentation of dishes
- Hire, train, supervise, and provide performance management for kitchen staff
- Prepare work schedules and monitor payroll costs including ADP reports
- Attend food and beverage, banquet, and lineup meetings as required
- Oversee procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment, ensuring inventory rotation
- Manage budgetary requirements and control expenses related to food supplies, equipment, and materials
- Analyze food and labor production reports to manage costs
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and sanitation duties ensuring cleanliness of work areas and kitchen
- Maintain kitchen equipment, counters, tools, and waste areas
- Interact professionally with members/guests handling changes and last-minute requests
- Assist others as needed and take on additional tasks assigned by management
- Follow all company, club, and department policies and procedures
- Represent management team supporting and enforcing policies with ethics and integrity
- Maintain professionalism and commitment to excellence
- Promote and follow safe working practices ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain relevant certifications
- Address and resolve challenges using available resources and collaboration
- Support overall team efficiency by contributing to club's goals
