Job Requirements

- Knowledge of health department regulations
- Experience managing food cost budgets

- 5+ years of experience in high-volume culinary management
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation practices
- Understanding of health department rules and regulations
- Ability to manage and maintain food costs within budget
- Up-to-date knowledge of latest culinary trends
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Bilingual culinary leader preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in the development of menus, recipes, product control, and food quality specifications
- Implement daily food service operations including kitchen standards, timing, and quality
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff and cooks
- Ensure highest guest satisfaction through authentic, diverse culinary offerings
- Coach and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and teamwork
- Manage kitchen financials including food cost budgets
- Collaborate with Restaurant Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and ownership for culinary excellence
