Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of health department regulations
  • Experience managing food cost budgets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume culinary management
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation practices
  • Understanding of health department rules and regulations
  • Ability to manage and maintain food costs within budget
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest culinary trends
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Bilingual culinary leader preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in the development of menus, recipes, product control, and food quality specifications
  • Implement daily food service operations including kitchen standards, timing, and quality
  • Hire, train, and supervise kitchen staff and cooks
  • Ensure highest guest satisfaction through authentic, diverse culinary offerings
  • Coach and mentor kitchen staff to enhance skills and teamwork
  • Manage kitchen financials including food cost budgets
  • Collaborate with Restaurant Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and ownership for culinary excellence
