Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House kitchen operations
- Provide direction and supervision to all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
- Manage responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
- Train and develop team members
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
- Maintain high quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
