Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House kitchen operations
  • Provide direction and supervision to all Heart-of-House team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
  • Manage responsible alcohol service and safety and security procedures
  • Train and develop team members
  • Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
  • Maintain high quality and consistency in food preparation and presentation
