Job Requirements

  • authorized to work in the United States
  • 18 years of age or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of food service or retail store management experience
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • strong interpersonal communication
  • organized with problem-solving abilities
  • basic business skills including P&Ls
  • ability to travel for training
  • physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours

Job Qualifications

  • 2-year college degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of food service or retail store management experience
  • demonstrated ability to lead a high-performing team
