It is a 108-bed post-acute skilled nursing center that operates 24 hours a day to provide specialized nursing care to individuals recovering from various medical conditions such as strokes, joint replacement surgeries, cardiac procedures, and serious illnesses. Job Requirements

At least 1 year of healthcare dietary work preferred
minimum 2 years of supervisor experience required
certification as Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred
may be required to obtain Food Handlers Certificate or sanitation course
ability to work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
capable of performing clinical duties when necessary

Job Duties

Manage the Dietary Department and personnel
ensure quality food preparation and service to all customers
meet budgetary guidelines
perform clinical duties as appropriate
maintain compliance with state food safety regulations
oversee sanitation and food handling practices
coordinate with healthcare staff to accommodate patient dietary needs
