Job Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • Knowledge of principles and processes of needs assessments and quality and safety standards
  • Knowledge of management involved in planning, resource allocation, staffing technique, and production coordination
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Commitment to company culture and values
