Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
possess all documents required by state and federal law
ability to stand for prolonged periods
ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and headsets
availability to work shifts as scheduled
must obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
ability to give and take direction effectively

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum one year of restaurant experience preferred
experience in retail, customer service, or equivalent
strong customer orientation
ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
leadership and team management skills
professionalism and composure in handling customer concerns

Job Duties

Provide direction and training to team members
ensure compliance with food safety standards
oversee food production and quality
manage customer service and resolve issues
assist with restaurant operations including opening and closing
maintain a safe and clean work environment
support sales and employee growth
