  • 3 plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team to create memorable guest experiences
  • proven kitchen management experience
  • strong business acumen
  • available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment

  • lead kitchen operations ensuring excellent customer experience
  • support new menu rollouts and implement operational improvements
