Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of BOH management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
- Availability for relocation within 3-12 months
- Willingness to complete 10-week training program

- Ability to motivate staff to excel in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment
- Ability to consistently deliver quality food
- Understanding of budgeting and BOH operations
- Must be able to transfer 3-12 months after training

- Work in all positions of restaurant operations during training
- Learn supervisory and coaching techniques
- Optimize team success in high-volume settings
