Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue required
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • Ability to manage budgets and labor costs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • Bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
  • Experience preparing banquet style events
  • Current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred

Job Duties

  • Adhere to the company’s mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • Maintain budgeted revenue, cost of sales, labor, and supplies
  • Review monthly profit and loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
  • Plan, supervise, and execute catering and special food events with the Operations and Sales teams
  • Schedule kitchen staff efficiently according to business volume
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • Ensure food quality, freshness, presentation, and proper food handling
  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits complying with local health regulations
