Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of kitchen management experience
  • bachelor’s or culinary degree preferred
  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • strong leadership and organizational skills

  • experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues
  • experience preparing banquet-style events preferred
  • current ServSafe certification required
  • ServSafe instructor certification or ability to be certified preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • adhere to the companys mandated food and beverage menu and purchasing programs
  • maintain budgeted revenue, food costs, labor, and supplies
  • review monthly profit and loss statements and adjust operations accordingly
  • plan, supervise, and execute all food and beverage events including preparation, service, and cleanup
  • estimate food consumption and make purchases aligning with food programs
  • schedule kitchen staff efficiently to meet business volume
  • recruit, hire, train, and retain kitchen staff
  • ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
  • supervise food preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage
  • manage kitchen equipment maintenance
  • conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with local health regulations
