Job Duties
- Train, coach, and set your team up for success
- create fair, efficient schedules that keep operations running smoothly
- oversee food quality, safety, and sanitation because great food starts with great standards
- jump in when needed whether it's grill duty, expediting, or problem-solving
- track and control labor, food costs, and waste to maximize profitability
- ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and FIFO is followed
- maintain kitchen efficiency and enforce company policies
- partner with the General Manager to drive success and optimize kitchen operations
