Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of relevant kitchen or restaurant management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws and health codes
  • ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and labor laws
  • manage food preparation and quality control
  • train and develop kitchen staff
  • maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • monitor inventory and order supplies
