Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
  • One or more years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain composure
  • Ability to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment and strong customer focus
  • Exhibit professionalism, composure and discretion when resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with noise and temperature variances
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability and willingness to wear a headset
  • Physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds, reach, push, pull, bend, kneel and stoop
  • Availability to work all dayparts and days of the week
  • May be required to transfer and travel to other restaurant locations
  • Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Training, monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures to crew members
  • Acting as Cash Manager including setting up cash registers, reconciling throughout shift and verifying safe cash
  • Acting as Operations Leader by organizing, overseeing and supervising shifts and executing the Daily Operations Plan
  • Performing walk-throughs to ensure readiness for open, close and rush periods
  • Conducting walk-throughs focusing on taste and accuracy
  • Utilizing flow charts and checklists for timely opens, closes and post-rush activities while maximizing labor efficiency
  • Working with restaurant management to train, develop and communicate with crew members and Team Trainers through various training methods
  • Leading the kitchen team to meet quality, production and service standards while maintaining a safe and professional environment
  • Monitoring product cooking, labeling, holding and rotation to ensure safety and minimize waste
  • Assisting with shift-specific procedures and maintaining proper crew schedules
  • Following up on Taste and Accuracy issues from customer feedback
  • Managing inventory verification, daily counts, waste tracking and food cost actions
  • Checking inventory levels and placing food orders
  • Executing cleaning schedules by assigning and coaching crew on cleaning tasks
