Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds with or without aid
- Ability to sit/stand up for up to an 8-hour shift
- Must communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must work without defined breaks and occasionally extended shifts
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work around fumes, odors, chemical agents, and varying temperatures
- Ability to maintain balance and climb ladders
- Ability to access all store facility areas including kitchen, sales floor, stocking, storage, walk-in coolers/freezers, register area, fuel islands, landscaping, and car wash
- Ability to operate all necessary equipment
- Successful completion of pre- and post-employment background screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash and inventory
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Lead, hire, train, oversee, and hands-on performance delivery of customer service, efficient operation, and achieving performance standards for the food service program for one or more locations
- Implement food service program objectives to optimize the customer experience, sales, safety standards, and repeat business
- Inventory management and maintaining the highest standards of food safety controls across all cook-to-order, fresh, and packaged items
- Prepare, cook, and package food items according to company standards, adhering to company recipe and portioning expectations
- Ensure the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders and with a sense of urgency
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and/or assigned workstations, including fryers and grills
- Follow all applicable health code standards to include proper food-handling and food temperatures
