Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with pizza-making or scratch kitchens preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe Certification a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Maintain consistency in recipe preparation, presentation, and portion control
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to meet budget goals
- Enforce strict compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
- Develop prep schedules, manage kitchen flow, and monitor peak-hour operations
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations for kitchen staff
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management to ensure smooth operations
- Support menu development and special promotions as needed
