Job Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen crew including cooks, prep chefs, and dishwashers
- Ensure every meal is fresh, consistent, and prepared to Topgolf standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to provide timely and high-quality dishes
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Train and support kitchen staff on best practices
- Foster a positive kitchen culture aligned with Topgolf's core values
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently from prep to service
