Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug screening
  • One or more years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and give direction
  • Must be able to take and give direction and work well in a team
  • Must exhibit professionalism and discretion when resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work and perform in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability and willingness to wear a headset
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach, push, pull, bend, kneel and stoop
  • Must be available to work all shifts and days
  • May be required to transfer locations
  • Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members
  • Act as Cash Manager when needed, including setting up and reconciling cash registers
  • Organize, oversee and supervise shifts by executing the Daily Operations Plan
  • Perform restaurant walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening, closing and rush periods
  • Conduct walk-throughs focused on taste and accuracy
  • Use flow charts and checklists for efficient opens, closes and post-rush activities
  • Work with management team to train and develop crew members through Four Corner Training and team meetings
  • Lead the kitchen team to meet quality, production and service standards
  • Monitor product cooking, labeling, holding and rotation to ensure safety and minimize waste
  • Assist in maintaining crew schedules to meet service standards
  • Address Taste and Accuracy issues based on customer feedback
  • Manage food cost by verifying inventory, analyzing counts, monitoring waste, and adjusting forecasts
  • Place food orders and verify inventory levels
  • Execute weekly and positional cleaning schedules by coaching crew members
