Job Requirements
- Preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred

- Experience using computer systems relevant to restaurant management

Job Duties
- Manage the Heart-of-House operations to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation
- Oversee the execution and performance of kitchen staff
- Provide direction, supervision, and training to all Heart-of-House team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- Maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Monitor responsible alcohol service in coordination with front-of-house management
- Utilize safety and security systems and procedures effectively
- Participate in continuous learning and leadership development programs
- Assist with inventory management and cost control
- Support a positive team environment that fosters growth and development
