Job Requirements

  • 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • familiarity with safety and security systems and procedures
  • passion for team training and development

Job Duties

  • oversee the execution and performance of the heart-of-house operations
  • provide direction and supervision for all heart-of-house team members
  • manage labor and scheduling to meet operational needs
  • ensure compliance with health codes, labor laws, and food safety standards
  • train and develop kitchen staff to maintain high quality and efficiency
  • maintain safety and security systems and procedures in the kitchen
  • handle responsible alcohol service procedures when applicable
