Job Requirements
- Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing team members
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, energetic restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen staff scheduling and labor costs
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Train and develop kitchen team members to enhance skills and performance
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
