Job Requirements

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, energetic restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred

  • Ability to lead, train, and develop a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with safety and security systems and procedures

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House operations
  • Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety regulations
  • Manage kitchen staff scheduling and labor costs
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • Train and develop kitchen team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless guest experiences
