Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties

  • manage the Heart-of-House operations and oversee kitchen team
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • provide direction and supervision to all Heart-of-House team members
  • train and develop kitchen staff to improve performance
  • maintain labor cost and scheduling efficiency
  • ensure quality and consistency of food preparation and presentation
  • collaborate with front-of-house management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
