Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts
  • Willingness to work approximately 50 hours per week on a rotating schedule
  • Reliable transportation
  • Driver's license preferred
  • Alcohol awareness certification preferred
  • Food safe handling certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations

  • Certifications in alcohol awareness and food safe handling preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate restaurant teams to achieve operational goals
  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling and inventory
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve guest issues promptly
  • Train and develop employees to build future leaders
  • Maintain compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations
