Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be 18 years of age
- ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- one or more years of restaurant experience preferred
- ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and give sound advice
- ability to take and give direction and work well in a team environment
- strong customer orientation focus
- professionalism, composure and discretion when handling customer issues
- ability to work accurately in fast-paced environment with noise and temperature extremes
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability and willingness to wear headset
- physical ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds, reach, push, pull, bend, kneel and stoop
- availability to work all shifts and days of the week
- flexibility to transfer or travel to other locations as needed
- must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Training, monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures to crew members
- acting as Cash Manager as needed including setting up and reconciling cash registers
- acting as Operations Leader by organizing, overseeing and supervising shifts via the Daily Operations Plan
- performing walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening, closing and rush periods
- conducting walk-throughs with focus on taste and accuracy
- utilizing flow charts and checklists to ensure complete and timely operations while maximizing labor efficiency
- working with restaurant management to train, develop and communicate with crew members and Team Trainers
- supervising kitchen team to meet quality, production and service standards
- monitoring product cooking, labeling, holding and rotation to ensure quality and minimize waste
- assisting in crew scheduling to meet customer service standards
- resolving Taste and Accuracy issues from customer feedback
- managing food cost by verifying inventory, tracking waste and assisting with action plans
- checking inventory levels and placing food orders
- executing cleaning schedules by assigning and coaching crew members
