Job Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • hands-on back of house experience
  • availability to work flexible schedules including opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • familiarity with POS systems
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • positive, outgoing, and engaged personality
  • entrepreneurial drive
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • experience in full casual dining or casual plus environment a plus
  • hands-on experience in back of house operations
  • familiarity with scratch kitchen processes
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset
  • ability to work flexible schedules
  • minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage back of house operations including opening, mid, and closing shifts
  • oversee kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation
  • maintain inventory control and order supplies
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • coach and mentor team members to improve performance
  • monitor food quality and presentation standards
  • troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
