Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • skills in coaching and people development
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • direct back-of-house hourly associates and oversee all kitchen operations
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained
  • implement purchasing and cost control measures
  • maintain food quality by ensuring made-from-scratch food meets specifications
  • perform administrative and accounting duties according to company policy
  • coach and develop back-of-house team through feedback and leadership
  • assign and manage other duties as needed
