Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Hospitality Management program or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 3 years of food and beverage management experience
  • understanding of operational excellence
  • required state alcohol certification and Manager ServSafe Certification
  • bilingual Spanish-English preferred
  • availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
  • must be able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for prolonged periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • comfortable around flashing lights and loud noise
  • able to work in a kitchen and restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee services and busy periods at the pass ensuring all food is quality checked before guest receiving
  • conduct line checks and consistently taste/test food for quality assurance
  • manage food cost, labor cost, and inventory processes effectively
  • maintain food quality and safety standards across all phases of food procurement, production, and service
  • focus on inventory ordering, storage, rotation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and production standards
  • achieve or exceed budget goals by utilizing kitchen systems, schedules, and procedures
  • oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and scheduling of kitchen team members
  • forecast business needs and adjust schedules accordingly
  • maintain kitchen team morale by fostering a respectful and professional environment
  • collaborate with management to identify and develop future kitchen leaders and address employee issues appropriately
  • perform additional duties as assigned
