  • Minimum two years experience as a kitchen supervisor or kitchen manager
  • knowledge of needs assessment and quality and safety standards
  • knowledge of management principles involving planning, resource allocation, staffing technique, production method, and coordination of people and resources
  • ability to motivate and lead teams
