- three plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
- proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- proven experience in kitchen management
- strong business acumen

- not afraid to work in a fast-paced noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties
- Hire train develop and retain a talented group of back-of-house employees
- create and maintain a safe secure and sanitary environment for guests and staff
- manage food costs track waste and control kitchen labor costs
- understand manage and practice safe food-handling procedures
- collaborate with management team to drive financial results and optimize profitability
- oversee new menu rollouts and introduce new food items to guests
- lead and motivate kitchen team to deliver high performance
