  • three plus years of restaurant or hospitality experience
  • proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
  • ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
  • proven experience in kitchen management
  • strong business acumen
  • the ability to work weekends nights and holidays
  • not afraid to work in a fast-paced noisy environment with distracting conditions

Job Duties

  • Hire train develop and retain a talented group of back-of-house employees
  • create and maintain a safe secure and sanitary environment for guests and staff
  • manage food costs track waste and control kitchen labor costs
  • understand manage and practice safe food-handling procedures
  • collaborate with management team to drive financial results and optimize profitability
  • oversee new menu rollouts and introduce new food items to guests
  • lead and motivate kitchen team to deliver high performance
