Job Requirements
- Preferably two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- Basic understanding of labor laws, health codes, food safety regulations, and responsible alcohol service
- Passionate about training and developing teams
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to supervise and manage kitchen staff
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Open to all candidate backgrounds
Job Qualifications
- Two years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling and sanitation, alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- Passion for training and developing team members
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and performance of Heart-of-House (HOH)
- Provide direction and supervision for all HOH team members
- Manage kitchen operations ensuring compliance with health codes and safety standards
- Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Maintain inventory control and manage food costs
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, responsible alcohol service policies, and sanitation procedures
