Job Requirements
- 5+ years of high-volume kitchen experience
- 2+ years of BOH leadership experience
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume kitchen experience
- 2+ years of BOH leadership (Sous Chef, Lead Line, or Kitchen Manager)
- ServSafe certified or able to obtain within 60 days
- strong communicator

- solid understanding of inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization
Job Duties
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff
- run daily BOH operations and maintain high food quality standards
- work closely with FOH leadership and Event Planners to execute events and service
- order inventory, verify deliveries, control waste, and manage food cost
- write schedules based on business volume and labor budgets
- enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- prep, cook, and expedite as needed
- open and close the kitchen following daily checklists
- create weekly menu features and assist with special event menus
- support guest satisfaction by solving problems quickly and professionally
