Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of high-volume kitchen experience
  • 2+ years of BOH leadership experience
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of high-volume kitchen experience
  • 2+ years of BOH leadership (Sous Chef, Lead Line, or Kitchen Manager)
  • ServSafe certified or able to obtain within 60 days
  • strong communicator

  • solid understanding of inventory, ordering, and kitchen organization

Job Duties

  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff
  • run daily BOH operations and maintain high food quality standards
  • work closely with FOH leadership and Event Planners to execute events and service
  • order inventory, verify deliveries, control waste, and manage food cost
  • write schedules based on business volume and labor budgets
  • enforce food safety and sanitation standards
  • prep, cook, and expedite as needed
  • open and close the kitchen following daily checklists
  • create weekly menu features and assist with special event menus
  • support guest satisfaction by solving problems quickly and professionally
