Job Requirements

  • Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training
  • Passions for Louisiana cuisine and dedication to our mission of delivering Southern hospitality
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role in the restaurant industry
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulation
  • Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
  • 2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance kitchen operational efficiency and achieve business goals
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across the kitchen team
  • Manage and support department heads or team leaders, providing guidance and leadership to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures that uphold organizational standards and compliance requirements
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, professional development, and team engagement
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulation
