Job Requirements
- Preferably, 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and procedures
- passion for training and developing your team
- ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- commitment to providing excellent guest experiences
- willingness to comply with all safety and operational standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
- knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety and sanitation
- strong leadership and team development skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for training and developing staff
Job Duties
- Manage the Heart-of-House operations including kitchen performance and execution
- provide leadership and direction to all HOH team members
- monitor compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
- ensure consistent food quality and safe food handling
- train and develop team members to enhance their skills
- oversee inventory control and food cost management
- collaborate with Front-of-House managers to ensure superior guest experiences
