Job Requirements
- Two to three years management experience in high-volume restaurant operations
- Education or experience equivalent to a degree program in business or hospitality
- Completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program
- Must complete Certified Kitchen Manager certification within six months
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record

Job Duties
- Achieves excellent food quality by ensuring proper preparation of recipes to Golden Corral specifications
- Ensures compliance with menu matrix and productivity standards
- Achieves budgeted food, labor, and controllable costs through planning and execution
- Maintains all company standards for product quality, cleanliness, and service times
- Ensures adherence to health, sanitation, and company policies
- Controls food costs through ordering, receiving, storing, and production processes
- Maintains inventory and reports supply needs to General Manager
- Recruits, interviews, and hires Back-of-the-House and production staff
- Trains and coaches team members on operational standards and certifications
- Conducts performance appraisals and disciplinary actions as needed
- Performs daily pre-shift meetings and supports operational needs including local travel
- Cross-trains staff to enhance operational flexibility
